WLP Bedroom 49 has received a new carpet and looks very smart. New chairs are being delivered in mid February too.
WLP Bedroom 32 has received a new wallpaper and paint scheme, along with new chairs, and new safe unit in the wardrobe. (left hand pics)
WLP Chestnut Lodge corridor is being re-wallpapered and looks very smart.
The sequoia avenue of 50 trees to mark 50 years of the Beale Arboretum is being planted in the top field – a lunch was held to celebrate this fantastic milestone with guests including Derek Honour who helped start the arboretum in 1963, Gerald Goddard, long term NCCPG/Plant Heritage supporter of our National Collections and Penny Snell, Chair of the
National Gardens Scheme with whom we have run over 30 years of Garden open days. (right hand pic & logo)

Look out for the following events at Beales Hotels in early 2014! Burn’s Nightat WLP on 24th Jan, Valentines night at BH & WLP on 14th Feb, Wedding open day at BH on 20th Feb, and Hotel open day at WLP on 23rd Feb.
The 40th season of Concerts at West Lodge Park starts on March 21st with Philippa and James Willshire, piano duet. (pic right)
