Chris Hall, appointed GM at BH from Monday 8th September. Chris has worked for West Lodge Park for the past 2½ years as C&B Manager and then as Deputy General Manager. Ably supported by a great team at BH, Chris is looking forward to starting at BH at this busy time of year.

Welcome!

To Baroness Thatcher who had lunch in August with colleagues from Finchley Conservative Association. Although frail, she was still very much herself. Her last visit to WLP is believed to have been in 1975 although she had been a regular visitor to the Firs for many years. It was a prestigious visit, immaculately handled by David Seward, Wayne Turner and their teams.

In Memoriam

The family of Stuart Dickson who worked at WLP from 1980 to 2006 recently planted a tree “Arbutus Menziesii” in memory of Stuart in the grounds at WLP – Stuart’s Mother is pictured here with the party. [pic right]
