And finally…

Contracts have been exchanged with London Borough of Enfield for the purchase by Beales Hotels of the freehold to West Lodge Park. This is a historic moment after some 67 years as leaseholders of this wonderful estate. The cost is substantial, but it secures the future of the hotel, and in due course we will see if we can develop the Cedar Lodge area of the hotel for the benefit of all our guests. What will not change will be the beautiful undisturbed environment around the hotel, nor the warmth of welcome, the good food and drink, and the high level of maintenance to all areas of the hotel.
