A Good Day Out was had by Grant Cook, Neil Oakman, Paul Baynes, Derek Honour & Andrew Beale at Wakehurst Place, the Arboretum for Kew Gardens located in Sussex, with half a million visitors a year, it gave us good lessons in interpretation, signage, and the more technical side of arboriculture.

The Green Travel Plan was launched at BH, offering incentives to all staff to travel to work in a more environmentally friendly way, whether by us, bike, on foot, or car-sharing.

Macbeth went ahead on a cool and damp evening at West Lodge Park over 100 hardy souls enjoyed a fantastic evening, and the wet conditions added to the atmosphere

PR: Positive PR appeared in the Welwyn & Hatfield Times with a competition to win a weekend break at BH.

Advertising: Adverts appeared in Limited Edition magazine as follows: West Lodge Park (Cedar Restaurant) and BH (Champagne Night). This is the first of regular monthly advertising in both the Barnet & Enfield and Hertfordshire editions of Limited Edition.
