– WLP Arboretum Piers – to be replaced following the December accident
– WLP Bedrooms 57, 59, 61 & 63 – new hot water system
– WLP Bedroom 4 – new artwork
– Both Hotels – new high quality allergenic pillows
– Estates Department – new high quality compost heap
