The sad loss has been announced of John Christie and Edward Turler, both of them loyal guests at WLP for many years.
John Christie had been coming to WLP since the late 1940’s and was far more a friend to the staff than a guest. Andrew, Matthew, Dawn, Sandra and Emma attended his cremation in Cambridge.
Edward Turler was born in Finchley but moved to Switzerland at a very young age, and made annual trips back to WLP with his wife Renée, always staying in Room 7.
