Visit to WLP

WLP were very pleased to welcome some of the Year 6 pupils from Hadley Wood Primary School who spent time working with housekeeping, restaurant and catering staff. The children were set a challenge by Wayne Turner to create a well balanced, nutritional menu once returning to school. The winning menu making group will be invited back to WLP to taste their creation as cooked by the West Lodge Park kitchen team! [pic above right]

In memoriam

Gerd Rogner 1936 to 2012. Gerd worked as Storeman at WLP for many years, and made the position his own. He was much loved by all who worked alongside him, and will be hugely missed. His funeral was in Southgate and was extremely well attended indicating the respect with which he was held in by both Beales Hotels staff and the wider community [pic right]
