Congratulations to

• Congratulations To Callum, Mark, Matt and the team at BH for an extraordinary AA inspection that has seen Beales Hotel rise in the AA ratings from AA 4 star 0 rosettes 77% to AA 4 star 2 rosettes 80%! It means that WLP and BH have identical ratings, both with 2 rosettes, both at 80%, both the equal highest rated 4 star hotels for miles around! It is not often that the AA award 2 rosettes from nil before, but the food was wonderfully cooked and served, while the hospitality received front of house was immaculate. A fantastic moment for the company.

• Congratulations To Dave and the WLP team for achieving a 9/10 rating on Activehotels.com from the 59 reviews placed there by guests at the hotel. This puts WLP and BH equal on this site [pic far right].

These new identically high ratings mean that we can with confidence recommend both hotels to our guests with no fear of disappointment. Long gone are the days when Hatfield played second fiddle to West Lodge Park.

to Francesca Speroni (pic right) as new full time beauty therapist at Safiya. Francesca trained at the Ray Cochrane Beauty school and worked formerly at the Langham Hotel in Regent St.

…to Ms Daphne Cooper, competition winner on www.bealeshotels.co.uk for the period April – July. Our regular competition for an overnight stay and breakfast for two has been a great success with 78 people entering the draw.
