…Special events this autumn at WLP include a Bonfire night dinner dance on Saturday 6th November, Alison Farr in a piano recital on Friday 19th November [pic bottom middle] and Instant Sunshine for a special Christmas Concert on Sunday 12th December – there are a few places left for all of these events.
…Christmas is looming closer with a busy programme of party nights at both WLP and BH, with many dates now sold out. The hotels look wonderful at Christmas, decorated traditionally at WLP, and in a very contemporary style at BH and a residential package at BH this Christmas is a first for us.
…Outsidein Restaurant at BH is now bookable live online via our website with the aid of the Livebookings booking engine.

And finally…

… A major power failure at WLP has occurred, involving a shut down of the whole hotel while the problem is resolved. The hotel will be open for business again on Thursday 4th November. All the teams at WLP and BH have pulled together magnificently to deal with this unprecedented situation, spearheaded by Grant Cook, Tony King and

Dave Seward.
