…High ratings on the guest review sites – on www.tripadvisor.com WLP is currently the second best hotel in Hertfordshire (out of 141), while BH is the seventh best in Hertfordshire and the best by far in Hatfield and surrounds.

…Another new bedroom at WLP – this time Forsythia, the delightful Room 83 in Chestnut Lodge, with the benefit of new lighting, new paintwork and a lovely new Zoffany wallpaper. [pics of room 83 right]
…New deluxe Hypnos pocket sprung beds delivered to WLP this month for bedrooms 32, 51, 25, 26, 30, and 21 – most of these are zip and link beds giving our guests the choice of double or twin bedded configurations.
…The success of the Wi-Fi installation at WLP with free wireless internet in every area of the hotel, has led to us making a quick decision to proceed with the same at BH and we are hopeful of this job being completed during the next couple of weeks. At BH we already had free wired internet in every area of the hotel but this will make it even easier for our guests to go online and is a major step forward in maintaining our position as the best hotel in the Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City area.

……terrific new conference lunch menus at BH have been launched with a wide variety of salads and innovative main courses – testimony to the continuing development of all our menus and our great desire to give our guests the best of local fresh food.
